Zomi (pronounced zoh-mee) is a single-origin, traditionally produced red palm oil from Togo, made from carefully harvested palm fruit using time-honored methods.

Its vibrant color and rich aroma reflect minimal processing and freshness. In West African cooking, red palm oil is a foundational ingredient used to build depth, color, and flavor in everyday meals.

Unlike refined palm oils used in industrial processing, Zomi is unrefined and traditionally produced, honoring how red palm oil has long been used across the region. Part of our single-origin oil collection, sourced entirely from small-scale producers in Togo.
